European Forum 2022

Dear Colleagues,

you are receiving the binding online registration for the European Forum with the request to complete the questionnaire by September 5th 2022.

When: 2nd November, 2022 – 4th November 2022

Where: Hotel Hyatt Regency Mainz (Templerstr. 6, 55116 Mainz, Germany)

This is a binding reservation for your room in the conference hotel and participation in the conference.

The accommodation fee will be paid by you as usual and settled via travel expenses. The conference fee will be charged to your cost center after the event.  All changes (cancellation due to illness, substitute participates etc.) can be processed via Ann-Katrin Heinrich or Marc Bonn until 1 week before the start of the conference (does not exempt from possible cancellation fees). All subsequent changes must be communicated directly to the hotel. In case of cancellation at too short notice (depending on the hotel, there are different deadlines), a cancellation invoice will be created and sent to your company address.

Costs for the accommodation:

- Overnight Stay: approx. 175,00 - 205,00 €

- Conference Fee: 85,00 € per Day (charged afterwards directly from the Cost Center)

Note: There will NOT be a separate reservation confirmation from the hotel. Your registration will be sent to the hotel as indicated here.
